Task 3: The Importance of communication skills for engineers

 From the quote above, I personally agree that it is vital for leaders to cultivate good communication skills. Communication skill is a fundamental factor to grow as an efficient leader. Leaders need to be convincing communicators to effectively gain the attention of their audience. Having the ability to communicate fluently with confidence enable leaders to put across their point distinctly without any misunderstandings.
I believe that communication is not just a transmission of ideas or messages but a medium to connect and inspire with our audience. With poor communication skills, it will result in the message not being able to be conveyed across correctly. In a nutshell, being proficient in communicating is one of the pillars of being an effective leader.

    Hi Tiara, Chek Eu here. After reading through your blog, I can't really find any mistakes. The message was conveyed nicely. Therefore, I've decided to question you instead of pointing out errors directly.

    1) "Having the ability to communicate fluently with confidence enables leaders to put across their point distinctly without any misunderstandings." For this sentence, why we need to use "confidence enables leaders" and not "confidence enable leaders" what does the additional"s" do ?

    2)"With poor communication skills, it will result to the message not being able to be conveyed across which determines the lacking of being an effective leader." This sentence seems long to me. Can I end at "conveyed across" with full-stop and continue afterwards. Will it affect the sentence structure ?
